Q: How does g.spa membership package works?

A: It is a prepaid credits package. All services will be drawn down from the package.

Q: Does g.spa membership packages expire?

A: Membership validity from date of purchase:
$500 & $1,000: 1 year; $2,500 & $5,000: 2 years.

Q: What is ‘Spa Admission’?

A: A Spa admission entitles you to use our facilities such as hot pool, cold pool*, steam bath, sauna*, relaxation lounge with personalized monitor, ala carte food and beverages.
*not applicable to ladies

Q: What is a ‘Main Treatment’?

A: Main treatments refers to Treatment packages and Chinese Meridian Treatments.

Q: Does the treatment package includes Spa Admission?

A: Yes.

Q: How long am I entitled to stay in g.spa?

A: For each Main Treatment/Spa Admission you are entitled to stay up to 24 hours.

Q: What is Add on services?

A: It is additional treatments to treatment packages.*
*Compulsory Spa Admission charge is applicable for customers who patronise add-on services only.

Q: Are the facilities shared?

A: The facilities are separated by genders. Couple can choose to do an add on to use the jacuzzi in the couple room before or after the massage treatment.

Q: What are the shared areas?

A: The F&B area and relaxation lounge.

Q: Is g.spa Halal certified?

A: We have vegetarian food options that serves no pork/lard. However, we are not halal certified.

Q: Does g.spa provide pre/post natal treatments?

A: Not at the moment.

Q: Are children allowed?

A: Yes. Spa admission will be charged accordingly. Children under 7 years old must accompanied by an adult in the VIP room(charges apply).

Q: Are the packages insured?

A: Yes, we are insured by AVA insurance brokers.
