g.spa accords 5 days cooling-off period for a full refund (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) should the customer not wish to continue with the services offered.
Product sold will not refund; but if it found product expiry or defect will do one to one exchange.
Change of therapists within the first 10 minutes if you are not satisfied with the services.
Feedback from guests will be taken seriously for service improvement.
g.spa does not engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics during treatments and in the treatment room.

The refund will be based on the balance of all the sessions or amount balances that were not consumed.
We will refund according to the amount balance which calculation based on customer paid amount.

All pre-payments including, but are not limited to packages, gift vouchers and the membership fees will be covered by approved insurance.
A certificate of insurance will be issued immediately to the customer upon making pre-payments.

Price Lists are displayed/available at the Reception /Information* Counter

Notice is given for any change in prices/discount offered
We only accept Singapore Currency
Business is committed to avoid over or under-charging and ensure correct change is given.
