How does our spa admission work?
- Our Spa Admission is a one-time entry for 24hours!
(E.g: If you enter our premises at 10am, you can enjoy our facilities till 10am the following day) - No appointment is required for our Spa Admission, you can just walk-in
- Package purchased is valid for (1) year from the date of purchase.
- An e-voucher will be emailed to you within 2 to 3 working days.
- E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash or in-kind, in part or in full.
- ID Card and e-voucher must be presented upon arrival for verification purposes.
- g.spa will not be responsible for the loss of any e-vouchers nor will we be providing a replacement.
- g.spa reserves the right to reject any customer without a recognized e-voucher.
- g.spa reserves the right to amend any terms & conditions without prior notice
