- Voucher will be sent via email as an e-voucher
- Voucher is only valid for (1) year from the date of receiving the e-voucher
- E-voucher will be emailed to you within 2 to 3 working days.
- Expired e-voucher is not extendable or refundable
- g.spa accords a (5) days cooling off period, after the (5) days cooling off period, package is not refundable, transferable, renewable and exchangeable at all times.
- E-vouchers can only be utilized at our g.spa's physical store
- E-voucher must be presented at the counter to be utilized
- E-voucher is not exchangeable for Cash or Credit of any kind
- E-voucher is valid for one redemption per voucher per visit only, any surplus after redemption is not refundable
- E-voucher may not be used to purchase other vouchers or membership
- g.spa will not be responsible for the loss of any e-vouchers nor will we be providing a replacement
- g.spa reserves the right to reject any customer without a recognized e-voucher
